Dr. Vahap Polat is a professional tourist guide and international tour leader with more than 20 years of experience. Holding professional guiding licences in both Türkiye and Austria, he leads journeys in Turkish, German and English. His doctoral background in international politics brings an academic perspective to the history, cultures and political landscapes explored along each route.
His documentary fieldwork in Mongolia and long-standing international experience shape a guiding style built on historical context, careful observation and meaningful encounters. On Perver Tour journeys, he connects monuments, landscapes and living traditions into a coherent story—inviting travellers not only to see a place, but to understand it.
